* 15-Day Technical Claim Window: We stand behind the quality of our supplies. If you encounter any technical discrepancy, manufacturing defect, or performance issue, you have a 15-calendar day window following the date of physical receipt to submit a formal claim.
* In-Person/Physical Requirement: Because our equipment requires specialized handling and verified technical inspection, all claims must be reviewed through an in-person assessment by our team. We do not accept returns via standard shipping/mail services, as this prevents us from conducting the necessary on-site quality evaluation required to resolve technical issues effectively.
